Most frequent questions and answers

: You can access the underground parking of our building by:

· Driving around to the back of the building to access the security gate 

· Press the intercom button to alert security that you are going underground to have your car washed

· Please have your license plate number and the make of your vehicle handy to provide to security upon their request

· Once the security gate has opened, please drive carefully and follow the “CARWASH” signs down to the P2 level 

OR

· You may also call us when you’re in the passenger drop-off area in the back of our building (revolving doors), and we can meet you there to hand off the vehicle. If you

(YOU MUST HAVE AN APPOINTMENT TO ACCESS THE UNDERGROUND PARKING OF OUR BUILDING).

Depending on what service you are receiving, you can drop off your car and arrange to be picked up by a friend or colleague. You can also arrange to have your vehicle picked up at an additional cost, or we are an 8-minute walk from the Square-One shopping center. 

We only accept Exact Cash, Visa or Debit

We ask that you leave only your car keys behind so that we can move your vehicle in and out of our detail bay. 

Please remove your house keys and take them with you.

Once your detailing has been completed and you are delighted with the results.

That’s not a problem as we are very flexible and understanding. We only ask that you kindly place a phone call at least 24 hours in advance to advise us of your cancellation. We will be happy to re-schedule you for a time that suits your needs.

It may increase prices as extra time and materials will be required. This will be decided upon by bringing your vehicle in for assessment. If we feel a lot of extra time or materials will be needed due to a heavily soiled vehicle, we will contact you to discuss the increase in payment.

We kindly ask that you provide at least one day’s notice for most packages. 

For dent and upholstery repair, we ask at least two-three days to provide you with a quote.  

We kindly ask that you are prompt once your vehicle has been completed. We have limited space and need to keep bays open for other customers.
